They automatically charge a 20% gratuity and yet you order and pay at the cash register and there wasn't even water available at the table unless you purchased a bottle.Additionally, we bought a bottle of wine that was on sale for $12.60 to have with our lunch and they charged us a $25.00 corkingfee. How ridiculous. We bought the bottle from them and were eating lunch there. It wasn't like we brought in our own bottle. Totop off our bad experience, there was a black curly hair in our food, which definitely did not below to us. Very gross. We willdefinitely not be returning and highly discourage others from doing so.
Food was great, but the $25 corking fee per bottle of wine is ridiculous. They did not disclose this when we ordered the 2 bottles. You buy their wine and they charge you to open it! Plus they ad 20% gratuity to your bill, but you have to go to thecounter to order your food and wine. I would not go back there. You can do a lot better downtown.
It was never disclosed to us we were charged a 25$ per Bottle corking fee for a 12$ bottle of wine purchased at their store. We had 2 bottles ? thus a 50$ corking fee. They also charge a 20% gratuity on the total bill with no waitstaff. You go to acashier to order your food and pay. Sadly, I will not return .and I live here year round.
Nice local, small but interesting concept. Delicatessen, wines, cheeses with retail, take out and dine in. Charcuterie a bit over priced and underwhelming for a curated European market but wine selection decent. Just be aware of the 20% automaticgratuity.
Great place for lunch overlooking the canal and docks. If eating outdoors is your thing with quick service, I recommend this restaurant. Some are put off by the auto 20 percent tip, but the total bill isn't that much for Naples area. Eating outsidein a virus time is a plus.
