Scoops Ice Cream Acai Bowls - Naples

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. We tried the cacao bowl and the sand dollar bowl. While the initial bites were tasty, as we dug deeper, we found chunks of ice throughout. The bowls lacked flavor towards the bottom and were not very satisfying. Additionally, there was a lack of fruit in both dishes.

This is the best ice cream I've ever tasted! The cookie dough and cookie butter flavors are especially amazing.

The strawberry milkshake was mostly just milk with no actual strawberries, making it more like a plain liquid drink. The owner reached out and resolved the issue, showing a dedication to customer satisfaction. It's great to see small businesses prioritizing their clients. Thank you!

Fantastic experience! I wish my kids could have also been there. Tried 10-12 flavors and settled on apple pie and rum raisin. The young staff encouraged it and I was happy to leave a tip! I have a hard time finding something to beat a quality vanilla bean but the 2 that I got were top notch! The rum raisin was a complete surprise but had to be my favorite…of all time. This is a must visit.

Staff was very nice and patient with us as we decided on flavors. The location is very fun with plenty of games to keep littles busy.
