Sarku Japan - Naples

The girl up front with braces, was taking orders and was very rude and disrespectful. I gave her my order very simple none complicated. when i went down to get the food i ask the guy what's this? This is not what i orderd. She came next to the guy insisting that was my order that i was lying etc... I simple said no im not lying i just want what i order. Then she said it was cheaper what i gave you. Umm I never ask for a discount and the order was completely wrong, sohow I'm i getting a discount on something that i didnt order?? At this point It wasn't even about the food anymore, because i was upset by her calling me a liar and i don't stand for that. I will never go back to that rude place unlessthey get better staffing.

My friend and I went there for lunch. We ordered chicken teriyaki with shrimp. The shrimp was undercooked and after eating half the meal we both found HAIR IN THE FOOD! When we went up to complain the manager said it wasn't hair and that it hasn't come from there. First of all I'm bald so it wasn't my hair in my food.

For the second time the food is terrible. I will not eat here anymore

Really enjoyed the authentic Asian cuisine here
