Mcalister's Deli - Naples

Terrible. Ordered a French diving sandwich for delivery and they gave me some dried, cold sandwich without au jus. Also ordered a potato that should come with bacon, cheese, black olives and green onions (I left the ham and turkey) and I received some dried potato with bacon and cheese. I wanted to call her and the phone just rings for 10 minutes. Never again. Only evil.

McAlister's deli was really good. I went there hoping to be able to get a corned beef special which they didn't have so I got a BLT instead and was really pleasantly surprised. It was a large sandwich and had avocado in it and tasted fantastic. Also got a side of mac and cheese which was really good. And initially my Dr pepper tasted more like seltzer then Dr pepper. There was a manager walking around asking people how things were and I told him about it and he went got another one which was kind of weak and then went in the back to make sure all the hoses were connected correctly and came back out with a fresh Dr pepper that was perfect. I really appreciate that they checked on people and made sure that everybody was satisfied. What a great deli. The only thing they need to do is add a corned beef special to their menu.

Amazing place if you?re looking for a quick bite. Grilled chicken club is my favorite. Mac&cheese is delicious too. Team is very friendly and service is awesome!

Food has always tasted fresh including the bread. Fair amount of protein on the sandwiches, nothing jaw dropping however. Appreciate the selection of sides to choose from included with a sandwich. Pictured is the turkey club on marble rye with a side of Mac n cheese. Bacon tasty, turkey is moist. Good proportion of ingredients.

The service was fast and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The large portions of excellent home style food were awesome too.
