Kfc - Naples

This location was simply the worst! I ended up with food poisoning after dining here. I strongly advise against eating here!!!!

This was the worst KFC experience I've ever had. I've never sat in a drive-thru line that long, and there was no way for me to exit. My whole family and I had to endure the wait until I finally got to place our order. Unfortunately, they messed it up and handed my food to another customer. This was my first and last visit.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My food was served hot, and my order was accurate. It was delicious and quick during dinner, leaving me a very happy customer! Still great!

This place is seriously understaffed. Workers are trying their absolute best despite being frustrated. Building itself is run down and dirty. The ceiling is stained throughout, and everything yiu touch is greasy. This is not a sustainable business model.Probably won't be around much longer.

The staff is incredibly friendly, even though they have a humble demeanor. Lauren is absolutely fantastic! You can really see her dedication to a strong work ethic.
