Ordered 2 giant sandwiches. A#7 #13. I was disappointed with the way the cold cuts where sliced. The provolone was so thin you could see through it. The meat was sliced the same way. I have ordered before and it was way better. Not sure what has

I was very satisfied with the customer service at this location. I walked in and was greeted so nicely with the best smile. The same employee sliced , topped, and wrapped my sandwich and made great convo. I will definitely be coming back because of Mikayla, she made a great sandwich and made my time enjoyable!!

Ok. So sandwich good,BUT I PAID 20.69 FOR A GIANT ORIGINAL AND A BAG OF CHIPS!too much,was shocked.I will make 5 at my house for that price.

The jersey Mike’s location at 1016 Immokalee Rd. is an amazing location. They seem to be always busy but their staff is kind courteous and helpful and gets things done quickly. My family has a gluten intolerance they’re always taking precautions. The manager in training George is amazing. What a great guy when it was kind of quiet I got a chance to talk to him a little bit. Great staff this place is truly one of the best.

I love jersey Mikes but the service and quality at the naples Immokalee and the bonita springs rd are absolutely horrible and not getting any better but worse every visit so unhappy with both locations I won't be back. Consumers beware.
