Delicious food, unique dishes, excellent service, and a lot of fun!

We put in our order and waited. 2 couples seated after us got their appetizers and entrees long before we got our food, and our server was nowhere in sight. Finally she showed up after 40 min and asked if my dad wanted his salad first. I didn’t understand why she waited 40 min to ask us that but our food finally came and it was good. We then had to wait another half hour after we were done eating to get our check, we even had to flag down a busser to help us find her. She took our credit card, and we waited some more. After 20 minutes, we flagged down another busser to check on her. At 25 minutes we got another server to help. No one would tell us what was going on. Then we got the manager to see where our credit card was. She had the card in the back for THIRTY MINUTES. No explanation. Not even from the manager. He just waved at us. She finally came out after 30 minutes and said the machine was down, but that doesn’t explain why other people paid and left in the time we waited. We love the food there but this experience left us so upset I don’t think we’ll be back.

Unusually bad night for service at Inca's Kitchen! We have been there many times and we always enjoy the food. Usually the service is equally excellent. However, during our recent visit the service was really terrible. Had this been our first visit it would definitely have been our last. We waited over 15 minutes for an acknowledgement and then another 15 minutes for our drinks order. We were promised a replacement for a particularly watery drink it had been sitting at the bar waiting to be picked up and delivered to us for a long time and the ice had melted . The replacement never came. Our food also took a very long time to arrive. We watched as tables around us were seated, had their drinks, ate their meals and left, before we ever even got our food! A second round of drinks was ordered, but never arrived. We had to hunt down our server to get the check. We know this isn't the norm so we will go back, but this experience really was pretty bad.

We weren't in Naples, but our friends wanted to try Peruvian cuisine before we left. Although we had dinner reservations at 7:00 PM, we decided to check out the happy hour instead, and we were not disappointed. The value was excellent, and a wonderful guitarist singer entertained us until 10:00 PM.
