Chili's - Naples

We had dinner there, and the customer service was excellent. They have introduced new items on the menu, and the drink selection also looked impressive. However, I visited for a work meeting, so I plan to return later. One downside was that some of my favorite dishes were no longer available, and the new menu items seemed mostly similar to the old ones. Overall, there wasn't anything particularly exciting about the food, which keeps it from being a five-star experience.

The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I tried the trio of mini sliders, fried mozzarella, and chicken crispers. The fried mozzarella was among the best I've ever had, bursting with flavor. The servers were extremely friendly and patient with us. I highly recommend this place!

The food was not prepared as requested. The burger was undercooked, with raw meat in the center.

During my last visit, I had a cup of soup that I absolutely loved, so I decided to order a bowl of soup this time. While it was tasty, I was disappointed to find that the portion was the same as the cup. It felt like a waste of $8, especially after all the waiting.

My surf and turf was missing the seafood and was not cooked well. However, everything else was delicious.
