Mcdonald's - Naples Manor

So happy this place is operational after Ian. Food and drink were great, staff was courteous.

The night manager is very nice and the food is good here. It's not in the best part of town but in spite of that, I would recommend going to this McDonald's. The lobby is always open and they don't close down like a lot of McDonald's here do. So I'm lovin' it!

Managers need to address cleaning a little better . There's always bums taking up the place which makes it hard to sit down especially if you have kids. Looks really bad when you are approaching the entrance they are already bothering you for favors and other stuff.

I just went and I have never been treated so disrespectful the lady at the window was so rude looks like she hates her job she sad bad words to us telling us to chill and wait and she told us what do we want to order! Definitely needs to get fired management didn't do anything about it I hate Karen's and she was rude and beyond.

I received the worst service today, after waiting half an hour I approach the register. Asking for the order and they had forgotten it and then they gave it to me incomplete, actually it is the first McDonald's that has happened to me, disappointing
