Subway - Napier

I tried the click and collect option for the first time, and it was incredibly easy. I ordered a chicken sub and the new cheesy toasties, and they were both fantastic!

This is my go-to spot when I'm busy with work. I can pre-order and pick it up at my convenience, which is fantastic. Plus, with the subcard rewards and discounts, I hardly ever have to pay full price. The food is delicious and satisfying, and I know I'll keep coming here.

I visited the restaurant with a party of six, using five vouchers. The person in charge was really accommodating and handled everything smoothly. We went through our orders step by step, and then he helped us process the vouchers in the same organized manner. He also suggested a more efficient way to approach it for next time. Overall, it was the best service I've ever experienced, and they usually provide great service. He handled the increasing number of customers behind us incredibly well, even under pressure.

Honestly best service I've ever had by the young man there. He made my day. Nice to be able to banter and have a laugh. This lad deserves a raise
