The Lantern - Naperville

If you like excellent chili and a very, very good cheeseburger, 'The Lantern ' is the place to go. Their prices are reasonable for the products including the cold beer. Oh, I almost forgot, they have free fresh popped popcorn. Great place to bring the family too!

No wine list, but definitely a great, great place to grab a drink in downtown Naperville. Quality atmosphere and a wonderful crowd for a Wednesday night!

Terry runs a great bar! Even though we don't live in Naperville and only visit a couple of times a year, it's like we are locals. Cold beer, great **** Mary's and great food! It's always on our list of stops when we go to Naperville.

Old school dive bar that is packed on the weekends. Long and skinny corner bar can be a challenge when packed to navigate. Reasonable drink prices for Naperville. The crowd is mostly 20 somethings. Can be a challenge to find a place to sit when it is packed.

This is the kind of place you search for when you're visiting some random town for the first time and you only have a few days to get a feel for it. The music is loud, the regulars even louder, the beer cold, and the bartenders warm. If you're ever in Naperville and you want to feel welcome, come to Lanterns.
