My Juicy-o Naperville

Great food and staff !!!! The waitress busboy and management were more than on top of things as well as making me feel like I was among new friends... looking forward to my next visit !!!!

This was an awful experience this morning. We waited an hour and had to leave since after an hour we still never got our food. They even had to run to Walgreens for milk because they had none.

I so wanted to like this place after reading some reviews but the waits for anything were horrendous. 20 minutes just to bring water and coffee out? And after 45 minutes the food finally came out. Except they messed up the order. I understand places are short staffed at the moment but bad service is bad service.

They where very slow and lying too. They where giving everyone free stuff but us and they said that they don't have them now that we asked.

The only good thing I have to say in all honesty is that the corned beef was good and the fruit was delicious. The inside looked pretty bland and not very welcoming, the tuna was very bland for the tuna salad sandwich, and the soup had the same issue. Mostly just under seasoned food and not the prettiest environment. The one on 59 is a better choice.
