Dunkin' - Naperville

I have never encountered such unqualified staff in my life. I placed my order and was put in the window where a young man with bracelets stood there, looking at me. When he asked if I had ordered something, I replied with my order. However, they made my drink incorrectly with too much foam, so I had to ask them to correct it. Instead of taking the drink back and fixing it, they just poured out some of the liquid, leaving the cup still mostly empty. When I showed the man the problem, he simply said he didn't make it. The place seems very disorganized and the customer service is terrible. I will not be returning here.

This coffee shop is the worst I've ever been to. I would prefer to drink mud instead.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely impolite. The cashier didn't even bother to speak to me. I will not be returning and would prefer to spend my money at a place with polite staff.

I am done with this location. They could care less how you order they will make it how they want not how you ask. Go to another location this one is TERRIBLE! Literally just drove away when they brought my drink to the window and I saw again it was wrong.

Over charged.I bought 6 pcs bagels (no Cream Cheese), clueless cashier charged me $12+. Should be $5.79.Bagels 1/2 Dozen $5.79
