Great service ? ?! I recommend the white chocolate mocha and the everything bagel with cream cheese.

Very slow service. Not busy in the shop. Most of the business was at the drive-thru. This is a really sad excuse of a Starbucks. Service speed and hospitality are lacking and just indifferent. All the team members had bad vibes like they didn't like working together.

Happened 6:10pm 11/18 Ordered pickup for 2 matches. One was at the pick up counter when I arrived. I asked barista on hot bar about my 2nd drink twice and was ignored. Went to the front register after waiting 15 minutes to be told ot was with the drive through drinks the whole time. Shorty female barista was brown hair on hot bar did not even check to see if the drink was ready, even after telling her the name was Monroe. Only ever have problems with this location. Teach your staff how to help the customers instead of ignore them. Now I have 2 watered down drinks.
