Panera Bread - Napa

I had to come share the amazing service we received from this location. From the Phone order to pick up... everything was so awesome. So friendly, helpful and on-time. Actually did us a favor by having our order ready right when they opened. Wish everyone had this kind of service.

I found a big piece of metal in my teriyaki chicken bowl. Very traumatic experience.

Ordered a tuna sandwich online a full one) but only got a quarter

Ordered soup for dinner. We only have apples as a side. There were racks and racks of bread behind the employee and bread on the shelves. When I asked about the bread oh, those are for tomorrow. They couldn 't give a customer a bowl of soup with a side of bread when there was bread everywhere?!?! We left.

Paid $15 for a FULL salad and received a half empty container (see picture). Complete rip off. Will never order from this panera again.
