Genova Delicatessen - Napa

The food is delicious but the customer service is pathetic. I've gotten better service at a fast food place. The red head is rude with a condescending attitude and tried keeping my change.! She also made me the ugliest sandwich ever! Everything was in the wrong order. Cheese at very bottom of my sandwhich hardly any onions or jalapeños. A pinch of mustard was all she put. The short bald man also gave me bad vibes. He was complaining about going home and how they hadn't even started closing yet. . It was like 440. I knew I should have left when they took over 10 minutes to fulfill one order with 8 people waiting. It should not take that long to make 2 sandwiches. I rarely visit and luckily napa has many places I can enjoy. I hope I can enjoy one day in the future with different people.

This was one of the best meatball subs I have ever had!! Definitely one of the best sandwiches around.

Food was fresh and service was mostly friendly. Prices were really high for what you get and wait time was very long. If they had a better system with employees assigned to different duties, it would greatly reduce wait times.

Sandwiches were good, and the three bean salad was yummy! It tasted so fresh I'm so happy I had a sample bc I normally don't like this salad. It made my day when the young lady who made my sandwiches was so friendly, and was very patient with me as this was my first time. I will be coming back thank you !
