Crush Bowling Alley - Napa

Great spot to relax and enjoy a beer; bowling here was a blast!

Stephanie was an excellent server! We bowled for an hour, ordered two burgers and a pitcher of beer, and the total came to $120, including the tip. It wasn't the most budget-friendly option, but we had a great time and the place was surprisingly empty for a Saturday.

I made a reservation for locals’ night, which advertised half-priced appetizers and bowling from 6 PM to close on Mondays. I was excited about the pricing for both bowling and appetizers. However, when I went to pay and presented my local ID to receive the local special, I was informed that they hadn't offered that promotion in a long time. I then checked their website, which is still actively promoting it, and confronted them about the inconsistency. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do and was essentially dismissed. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Additionally, the bowling alley uses string pins, which is unusual and less than ideal. If you're looking to bowl in the area, I recommend Napa Bowl instead; it's much better. I won't be returning here again.

We scheduled a 9:30 bowling reservation and didn’t end up bowling until after 10:30pm. The management seems very confused. Terrible experience.

Restaurant accepted reservations but was closed due to unknown reasons when attempting to call to find out why they were closed
