I recently moved here from dallas, tx, and I must say the vegan options in dallas in comparison to napa. due to so few listings on happy cow I have made it my mission to hunt vegan options in napa. what I like about chetuphon is that they can veganize almost any of their dishes. the waiting staff is very knowledgeable about which dishes contain fish or oyster sauce. I ordered the cashew nut court with tofu and the presentation was perfect. the part was big and the nice had exactly the right amount of crispy. the only negatiw is that the tofu seemed a little soft. I prefer a solid tofu that is either damped to bite him or fried pan, so it is crunchy. Nevertheless I enjoyed the meal very and am happy that I have another option in napa.
This restaurant is very welcoming and can accommodate large parties.
The food is tasty and the waitstaff is friendly. They can accommodate vegan options for any item on the menu.
It should be easy to create a decent vegan Thai dish, but unfortunately this restaurant fell short in my opinion. While the deep fried tofu appetizer was good (fairly standard, but tasty), the entree I ordered (krapow) was overly salty and lacked flavor. The tofu was undercooked and lacking in taste. I would not recommend this place for vegans, but my non-vegan friends enjoyed their meals.
Large casual vegetarian midday experience with the specialties. courtesy service with tasty dining. limited Saki selections. had to return the glass and request a fresh one. jasmine tee was good. flavorful food. our selection of crispy tofu, sping rolls, red curry and aubergines were cut off on the spot with mango sticky rice. good thai finds in napa.
