An unforgettable experience for December 31, 2023. It is very special as taste, not always accessible for novices in modern gastronomy.

Excellent from end to end. What a pleasure! We wouldn’t have praise! It is succulent, surprising, refined, delicate.... A very beautiful journey that we will make as soon as possible! Very nice discovery. The sommelier’s agreement with the dishes was perfect! The reception and service are unison with the quality of the dishes: Nice, passionate, available, generous.... MERCI to the whole team and soon!

It was the second experience for us. We love everything, the chef who took the time to come and talk to us at the end of service, the dishes worthy of a good starred restaurant, it is of an incredible finesse and originality, the staff with little care and very kindness. We went to eat in this restaurant a little by chance but what an excellent surprise. In the evening: a single formula with 2 admissions, 2 dishes and a dessert and everything has been to our taste. Just some gustative surprises with very original and surprising associations. The mets/vins association allowed us to discover excellent white and red wines. We recommend it if you are on Nantes and for a special occasion (high price but justified!
