L'Odeon - Nantes

Simple location, good food, perfectly cooked meat in firewood oven. the personal is discreet and welcoming.

I've been going to the odéon for several years and have enjoyed the delicious food so far. but tonight I felt that they really rest on their laurels, I ordered 200 grams of gambas at €16, but when the court arrived. there were many small gambas on the teller and the waitress assured me that it was normal, as they were small and that, as the restaurant was closed tomorrow for the celebration, they were getting rid of their stock when I came to pay however, I was calculated for the gambas 29 € (the price for 400 gramm) of the chef claimed that the waitress must have understood absolutely nothing! I have paid the full amount for the peace, but this restaurent has lost some loyal customers.

Very friendly restaurant. Chef comes to the table and presents the meat before he cooks it. the grill/kitchen is located behind a glass panel so that they can see that it cooks the meal to perfection.

The kitchen and the product served are of very good qualityI advise the roasted scrub for what is the frame it remains correct without more staff is very simple and friendly but remains professional we loved

Good quality meat, the chef shows us the piece before cooking. smiling and welcoming waitress. very pleasant atmosphere to have a good lunch or dinner with family. quality ratio price very interesting. Just a step from the tram stop.
