Rawmbas - Nanaimo

We stopped here for lunch and the owner is so enthusiastic and proud of her place and the food. And for good reason. Everything is vegan (plant based) and GF. She had some fantastic buns and muffins, salads, wraps and smoothies. You can eat in or get to go.

Such a great place to stop for coffee, or lunch, or snacks. My husband raves that their coconut milk lattes are the best he’s had. Their muffins are incredible, and love that they’re both gluten free and vegan. The mini muffins are the perfect size for little kids they don’t feel duped with having to share one with a sibling, and less food waste when they don’t eat a big one. I like to buy at least a dozen minis at a time and freeze them they freeze great for a later time!

Best Smoothies on-the-go (compostable cups for the win too! . And I can't buy the 6 pack of muffins, because I don't arrive home with any... on a ten minute drive...

Just discovered this place, the new location on Aulds Rd. Very cool raw, vegan, gluten-, living foods menu. Locally owned. Friendly service. Delicious burgers and chai bliss balls.
