Zhì Miàn Chǔ Cáng Mù Nán Guó Diàn

I visited this restaurant for dinner and lunch the next day, and I had the Ajitama Tsukemen with Karaage Set both times. It is a stable and delicious flavor as expected from a restaurant affiliated with Kura-ki, but I felt that the broth for the tsukemen here was slightly lighter. Especially at night, I thought to myself, "Hmm, is my palate off today?" The smoothness of the noodles, the richness of the dipping sauce, and the depth of flavor that you can taste in the background really make it a well-balanced tsukemen. If I have one complaint, it would be that my appetite has decreased, so I can't finish it all, but there is a menu item called "Toku Mori" which is the largest size available. However, because the dipping sauce is so rich, I often find that the sauce runs out before I finish all the noodles. I would like them to offer the option to refill the dipping sauce from the beginning so I can fully enjoy it. That's all I ask for. I truly think this is a delicious chain restaurant. When you are unsure of where to go, I recommend it.

I have been to the first restaurant in Kochi in Chutaya-cho, 202111, several times, but this was my first time here. Personally, I didn't have much enthusiasm for "tsukemen" and always avoided it, but this time I visited after a long time. Although I ordered ramen... tonkotsu ramen and a set of chashu don! Both were delicious, but the set chashu don was unexpectedly flavorful and went very well with the tonkotsu ramen. The chashu was not thin, but thick and satisfying! I will definitely return. The tonkotsu ramen also had a good taste. Next time, I think I will try the tsukemen after all. I realized later that this area has become a fierce noodle battleground street! There are 7 different places for udon, ramen, and tsukemen! That's great!

I tried the rich seafood tonkotsu ramen with thin noodles and yakimeshi set at Zoukoku Nankoku shop. The ramen had a consistently good taste. I really enjoyed the yakimeshi which was moist and full of lard.

2021/09/19 濃厚魚介とんこつらーめん 細麺 730 円 Aセット やきめし小 250円 ラーメンは美味い。 しかしやきめしが残念。ベチャッとしてて味が薄い。 バイパス沿いはラーメン屋が異様に多い。ラーメンストリートだ。 食べログの口コミは21件。グーグルマップでは191件。みんな食べログには投稿しなくなったね。「不味いって言うな」とか「店員の態度が悪い」とか言えないもんね。それこそ評価なのに。
