Subway - Nampa

The staff is super friendly and patient. I wish they could take tips because they work so hard and fast, they deserve a definitiw! the load is clean. all beats and broth are always available. this is a good underground to visit.

The Subway app is terrible. Half the time, it won't allow you to complete your order, and unlike almost every other food app out there, it doesn't automatically set the location for your order. As a result, I accidentally placed two orders in a row to the wrong location. While I don't blame the store for this, it would be helpful if they knew how to use a landline and answer the phone, especially since I had to pay twice for my sandwich after the mistake. I clearly am not the only one frustrated by their lack of phone etiquette. The app itself is also lacking; it needs an automatic location feature and a cancel option for when mistakes happen, especially since the employees seem clueless about using phones in 2022.

I visited this restaurant with my family after a long day at the lake, and I was impressed. Although they were busy, the place was well maintained, and we received excellent customer service. A special thanks to Bryar and the manager for making our experience enjoyable!

One of the employees didn’t carry over her gloves properly when putting them on, which raises concerns about hygiene. It seems she may not be fully aware of how germs are transmitted.

Restaurator super clean. the girl who checked us with the braids was super nice to us and my son. the food was good.
