I ordered two dinner boxes and when I got home, the pizza was barely cooked—the cheese barely melted and the dough was unappetizingly raw. The cinnamon sticks were also undercooked and had almost no toppings, some were completely plain. I called to request a remake at 10:30, but was told they couldn't accommodate that, even though they're open until midnight. I'm very disappointed with the customer service. We used to order from here frequently, but not anymore.
I just placed my order, and unfortunately, my breadsticks arrived without any sauce. This was a bit of an issue since two of my three kids only eat breadsticks with sauce. I called to let them know, and the manager quickly came out himself to deliver the sauce. Thank you all so much for the excellent service and the delicious pizza!
I remember why I keep coming back to Messenger Pizza! I tried to order a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, but instead, I received a cheese pizza. It might have been a glitch with the website, or maybe it was a cost-saving measure. Either way, it wasn't what we wanted. I also ordered boneless wings, but they didn’t have enough sauce. I tried to shake them up to get better coverage, but my efforts were thwarted by another cost-cutting measure—let’s just say the sauce was quite weak. Additionally, the price was pretty high for what I received. I tipped the delivery guy well; I'm not cheap, but it was just a subpar experience overall. These guys have trained us to enjoy pizza from the days when I would get report cards, and those were great pizza days. We need to bring those days back!
Im a dominos girl so I can?t comment on the food I just wanted to give a shout-out to an amazing manager and another employee. I went in there to pick up a doordash order this evening to find only two employees on site. Manager Corbin and another manwho?s name I didn?t catch were holding down the fort very well. That isn?t the purpose of this shoutout though. Both of theseemployees were harassed by another customer complaining about the wings being boneless. Corbin updated this guys order THREETIMES while he talked endlessly about the bones or lack thereof in the wings and he kept a straight face while doing it. Theydeserve some kind of a bonus or something because not even I would have sat there and listened to that guys ramblings for solong.
They were being harassed by a customer who kept complaining about the wings, saying they were undercooked. Corbin updated the customer's order three times while he calmly dealt with the complaints about the wings. He maintained his composure throughout the entire interaction. These two employees truly deserve recognition for their professionalism and patience, as I can’t imagine having to listen to that customer for so long. They deserve some kind of bonus for their hard work!
