The staff offered a weak, one-word apology, and one employee exchanged incredulous smiles with her colleagues, as if she couldn’t believe they were missing out on a chance to document the interaction for social media. The whole experience felt surreal and confusing, as though fundamental decency had escaped them. They failed the youngest members of our group, who were hungry and had to sit through a meal watching everyone else eat while being laughed at by some uncaring teenage girls. That snickering, combined with a half-hearted, plastic smile and a casual apology, suggested a troubling lack of respect for basic civility. To add insult to injury, the restaurant wasn’t even busy at the time! Update: The owner promised to reach out to resolve the issue, and though we exchanged emails, he ultimately dropped the conversation instead of contacting his regional corporate representative to follow up. Kid-friendliness: There was absolutely none, and no meaningful follow-up was made either.

LOVE how fresh and amazing their food always is! The prices are very fair for the quality and service.Huge variety of options to suit anyone's taste. Staff is always happy and friendly when helping customize your order to perfection.

This place is so yummy. I have had nothing but amazing experiences every time I come here. Their fish is so fresh and clean tasting along with everything else. I wish I could afford to eat here everyday ?

Ordered from door dash. They messed up my order and said they don 't do this which they actually do because I ordered the same thing May 4th. Good food but don 't let the workers bulldoze you.

The food was tasty, though I'm uncertain how long it had been left uncovered. The service was a bit sluggish. My wife was frustrated that it took a while, although I understand the server was likely young and possibly inexperienced. While this isn't my top pick for poke bowls, it's convenient since it's nearby. Overall, a decent experience.
