I was under the impression that the promotional strategy was $1 per drink, so I expected to get my refills without any issues. I also heard she mentioned something about starting to kick people out after the second time. Next time I visit, I’m planning to cause a scene by spilling a soda everywhere, and I’ll encourage my friends to do the same. Then I’ll understand if she refuses to serve us.
I placed my order, but they didn't even fill it completely. I had to raise my voice for them to acknowledge what I had ordered.
I will never order from this restaurant again. My orders are consistently incorrect, and the food quality is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. When I called the management, they told me I needed to specifically request fresh food with my order, which is completely absurd. If I could give zero stars, I would.
It is really sad to see so many people complaining about hours and closing early. Just as everywhere in the opposite of idaho they lacked employees. I also work in customer service and everyone thinks that we are still living in 2010, where $14 is not part of working on a fast eating place. Maybe they should all simply cook their own meals at home and stop crying about Bbq sauce.
So, I ate breakfast at this McDonald's Thursday morning. Had coffee...needed refill...I stood up at the counter. 4 employees walked RIGHT by me!!! No one stopped to ask if I needed something!! They were TOO concerned with Doordash and drive up window. This McDonald's sucks!! I will not be back!!!
