Little Caesars Pizza - Nampa

The delivery arrived at my door nearly 15 minutes earlier than anticipated. Everything was just as we expected, and the parmesan wings were both hot and incredible. My partner and I were pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were; they truly tasted like something you would find at a more upscale chain restaurant. We were very impressed and will definitely order from here again.

I waited because one of my pizzas still needed to be made. When I looked at the clock at 7:26 PM, I noticed a staff member turning off the "open" sign, even though they still had 30 minutes until closing time. They were closing early due to reduced hours. When I got home, I discovered that one of my pizzas was mishandled—it was just thrown into the box and was partially turned over. I really think the owner needs to address their closing procedures!

I received a pizza that raised some suspicions; the peppers appeared damaged, as if they had been mishandled or something similar.

The woman I believe was the manager did her best to help during the busy rush, but the overall organization was lacking. I waited 45 minutes to pick up my order, even though I received a notification saying it was ready.

Whenever I visit this location, they're consistently low on hot and ready pizzas. Typically, I have options like pepperoni and cheese, but that hasn’t been the case here. Perhaps they’re busier than expected?
