Przekaż informację zwrotnąTook my parents for dinner. Lovely helpful young waitstaff. Adequate menu - and the tofu here is GOOD - nice change for an Australian restaurant. Asked and delivered on flavour "Australian hot or Thai hot?" - a pleasant evening. Faults ? Coconut rice sweet+++ (think rice pudding, dessert). But they apologised, provided plain rice, and didn't charge for the change. Will be back.
Used to get take-away from here regularly under the previous owner (3 years ago?). Was quite good. Tried a couple of times with the new owner, but seemed to get times when she had her children operating it, and service was confused, and quality variable. However, have tried again over the last couple of months, and have found it is back on track. The lovely chef-owner creates genuine thai flavours - and not the canned taste you often get at many Thai restaurants. It is great to be able to taste the individual ingredients, rather than a overall mish mash of standardized flavours.
We have just come back from Thailand and we thought we would come here and leave the crowds of the coast behind! Well! The service was excellent and we just loved the flavours in the food. We had garlic pepper prawns and Spicy prawns and coconut rice. Then we met the chef - she is 19 and from Bangkok and a real sweety! Lovely experience all round.
This used to be our favourite Thai restaurant on the sunshine coast. We have eaten here at least once a week for the last 10-11 months. The last few times, something is different. Different people, long waiting times for food and no where near their usual standard of delicious food. Unfortunately we would no longer recommend people to this restaurant. :-(
Dined in for lunch today. Mixed entree (Spring roll, Curry puff, Satay Chicken, Fish Cake, Calamari) all delicious, the calamari was melted in your mouth. Mains we had were Pad Ka Pao (Basil Chicken), Pad Med Mamoung (Cashew Chicken) and from the Chef's special: Ginger Fish. Everybody was extremely impressed with the taste, freshness and the large servings. The coconut rice we had as side was beautiful, never had such divine rice. All msg free. Friendly service, lovely intimate dining room. Found a great local Thai Restaurant. (The new owners Aon and Hiron previously owned Yummy Thai Buderim) A welcome addition to the Nambour dining scene. Will be back.
