Good Bean - Nambour

Took a little while to get the attention of the staff however when they did serve us the service was fast and appropriate for a Coffee Shop.

This franchise has been open for a few months now. We have been a few times due to its handly location. Coffee quality varies widely, depending on who makes it. Likewise the service varies too. There seems to be new faces there all the time. More often than not there is a mix-up with the order. Take-away instead of sit down, large instead of small, normal milk instead of skinny milk. It has become a standing joke for us. Not that we are too precious about it - we usually take what is served up - perhaps that is the problem. Have tried the cakes and they are average fare. Always seems reasonably busy - the small size may add to this impression. A stable, trained staff would improve the experience at this cafe.

What an utter surprise Five stars I have walked past this restaurant many times Last night, I attended his restaurant with some friends.

Great little place by the sugar mill houses in Nambour. Don't miss if you need a break here. Hot chocolate is excellent and espresso is best I've had for some time.

Coffee burnt my tongue and tasted like burnt beans and/or burnt milk, took a long time but wasn't busy, the lady was rude and belittling to customers (in a non forced customer service role, quit your job if you don't like people) very sarcastic and patronising when I asked if they had any sort of menu..."Umm no? we make any sort of coffee? What do you want""Well I'm not too sure which is why I thought id like to see a menu but no worries"When I just ordered a latte, i got a raised eyebrow assuming a menu wouldn't have helped, although if I'd known the options I might've given the thing more of a challenge.As I wasn't willing to waste my money trying something unusual on someone who clearly didn't give a rats or seem experienced.As a barista of 7 years myself. 1/10 would not go again...
