Chaturvedi Sweet Shop And

During my visit to a sweet shop, I encountered a terrible experience. The owner was extremely hyper and began shouting when I politely requested that his worker maintain hygiene standards. To my dismay, I witnessed the owner handling pastries with bare hands without washing them, as he was multitasking. When I complained about this unhygienic practice, he responded with rude and uneducated behavior. It was disheartening to see that once a small city shop gains fame, they start treating their customers poorly. He yelled and sarcastically asked an kya sar fod du iska. I decided to take further action and planned to file a complaint with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

Good sweets and confectionary. Low parking space for four wheelers. But service is good.

A good Bakery and Restaurant in Najibabad. All staff's are very polite , neat and clean.Must try Coffey and Snacks of its owned brands.

A big brand name in the city but pity to learn that there is less staff to handle customer at sales counter. Unnesecssory delay in iteam packaing and hand over. Owner is not bother about customer service.. he is happy to collect money only. 3 starts just beacuse of sweet quality. 2 stars dropped beacuse of delay and hygine. They need to work on cleanliness and hygine.
