Galitos Union Towers - Nairobi

It’s a nice restaurant, particularly suitable for families. However, I believe they should improve their security procedures. It’s frustrating to be kept waiting at the door for almost an hour just because your friend or family member needs to come down to the ground floor to meet you.

I would like to give special recognition to a woman named Carol at Galitos on Lusaka Rd. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic meal, even though we placed our order late. Thank you, Carol, for your exceptional customer service; we truly appreciate it!

This restaurant is a lovely spot for enjoying a meal while also hosting a meeting. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is excellent.

Try the chicken his really nice and I love how they package so even if his take away you do not take a hard time with

Clean environment Security and hand sanitising at entrance felt natural There was a queue at the galitos line..after order the food took up quite some time before it was ready..the 10 minute duration they say to be the wait time is not so Ample seating space upstairs that one can have an intimate date or bring family for a time out
