Chaplin's at Muthu Newton - Nairn

I made a reservation and drove an hour only to find that the restaurant was closed. The staff treated me disrespectfully, acting as if I should have known despite showing them my reservation and online confirmation that they were supposed to be open.

Despite receiving your email confirmation and also text confirmation the night before, we turned up at the hotel to find our booking was unconfirmed and they would not accept us in the restaurant.. It was my wife 's birthday and we had travelled quite a distance to enjoy a meal out and hotel made no effort to accommodate us and Manager was 'too busy ' to talk to us or apologise in person. At 7.30pm on a Saturday night it was too late to arrange an alternative restaurant. I will never use your app/organisation again Regards John

We had a magical experience at a castle in the Highlands during afternoon tea. We enjoyed everything about it.

Great afternoon tea. Fresh, tasty food and great portion size. Waiter was very courteous and helpful. Had to take boxes home.
