The restaurant is cozy, although the air conditioning was sorely lacking in the sweltering heat. The food is plentiful but nothing extra. The service is nice but horribly slow. We had to wait about 40 minutes for the soup, even though there was only the staff there the whole time apart from me. My mood was only worsened by the fact that, as a diabetic, they were not able to prepare any kind of sugar-free dessert for me. It's not magic though, you just have to want it. Opinions about the restaurant range on a fairly extreme scale. I would now like to report on my positive experiences, then everyone can weigh in at their own discretion. I moved to the area two years ago, and since then I 've ordered mostly menu items, but sometimes other dishes as well. The menu can be freely varied, you can choose any of 3 different dishes. This greatly helps the guest to choose something to his taste every time, there are no fixed soup-main dish variations, any can be ordered with anything. So far, I 've always had a pleasant experience on the phone when ordering, although I don 't know the lady who answers the phone, but I can almost see her smiling when she speaks. I placed my order quite late today, he said that he could only send it after 1 pm, which I of course accepted, if only because I wouldn 't be able to order a menu anywhere after 11 (may I add, not only here, but not even in big cities... , on the other hand, they take orders even this late with a very favorable delivery fee for the menu. The poor courier came after half past two with a bag of miscellaneous . They pressed a vise in front of him, and my food collapsed, soup and main course in one. We agreed that he would bring a new one. Later, I rang the restaurant so they wouldn 't send the courier out again, but by then he was on his way and I got it right. So I thank the restaurant for its fair and customer-friendly attitude, and I thank Patrik, the courier, for his efforts (and by the way, he rang the bell after a request and did not honk, unlike many couriers in the area .
