Melinda provided the catering for our wedding cake and cupcakes, and they were absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly easy to work with and arrived exactly on time. Everything tasted amazing, and we received countless compliments from our wedding guests. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

We visited the Outer Banks to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary, and I reached out to Almost Heaven Bakery to see if they could make a special cake on short notice, within 24 hours. Not only did they agree, but they also created a stunning cake that the whole family loved. The staff was incredibly kind, and we highly recommend them for cakes if you're in the area!

Absolutely the best cake we've ever had! I ordered my mom's 65th birthday cake from here and requested something beautiful, and she loved it!!! I also took home a dozen cookies from their display case, and they were just as amazing! Thank you, everyone, for helping me create memorable moments—you made me the star of the party!

We had planned a trip to OBX during our son 's 15th birthday week, and I realized that I had no idea where we could get a cake. I 've always baked fancy cakes for him and, when I 'm low on time, I have a favorite bakery near home in NJ that always delivers.I did some searches about a month before our trip, and Almost Heaven had the best reviews of the bakeries closest to where wewere staying in Nags Head. I ordered a 6 inch chocolate layer cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream, and I said tojust do some simple beachy decorations. I was so impressed when I picked it up such a pretty cake with sugar seashells, andthe owner even threw in a matching candle after I realized I didn 't have any back at the house. My son loved it! The cake was solight and airy with good chocolate flavor, the buttercream creamy and light (not too sweet), and the most amazing raspberryfilling. I can see why they get a lot of wedding orders they do beautiful work, and their cake really does taste heavenly.

We ordered an anniversary cake while on our OBX vacation. Not only was it beautiful, but it was absolutely delicious as well. It was quite a hit!! In addition, Melissa helped us out of a jam. Another family member ordered a wedding cake, from a differentbakery, for her beach wedding. That cake was unfinished and totally unacceptable. I called Almost Heaven bakery for help, andMelissa not only provided helpful information, but I was able to purchase some items from her to try and finish and improve theunacceptable cake.
