Pizza Hut Sm Naga

This is the new image of pizza hut today, they moved their place inside the SM and is located beside red ribbon or mang inasal. Felt so full after eating here. No need for rice anymore for their 899 deal, it will make you full and satisfied already, it is good for 4 persons. The 170 was an upgrade into stuffed crust, there will be a mozarella cheese or whatever it is called inside the crust. A must try for family of 4 members. We went to the newly opened pizza hut in SM Naga. The place was full at that time. The staffs are not well trained and inefficient. Almost all of the tables are complaining about the wrong order or wrong receipts. We ordered the chicken a la king baked rice and they tried 4 times to give us the correct order. One the first try they gave us spaghetti with chicken, then another pasta dish until we talked to the manager and they were able to give us the correct dish. We also ordered stuffed crust pizza large but we received a medium pizza without stuffing. The mozzarella sticks that we ordered arrived after 3 follow ups. And when they served it, it is already cold. The manager had given us free sodas and soup to appease us. Then decided to give us the wrong pizza for free as well. I think before they opened, they should orient their staffs on the foods that they will be offering and how to take orders properly. The waiting staff were all over the place. Different people are coming to our table to serve so the orders got mixed up.

I enjoyed the Supreme Pizza, and I highly recommend ordering it stuffed. Make sure to eat it while it’s hot, as it loses its appeal if you let it sit. However, I wasn’t fond of the chicken because I found the breading too salty for my taste. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. We raised our hands multiple times to place our order, but the staff ignored us. They only provided us with two napkins for three people, and my partner didn’t even get his own plate. Additionally, they didn’t bother to refill our water.

I have come to really appreciate this restaurant, where I've been having lunch every day lately. The staff is friendly and the service is fairly quick, except during peak hours when there clearly aren't enough workers. While the food is consistently excellent, you’ll often hear the phrase "Sorry, sir, it's not available" since many dishes aren’t offered and the menu changes daily. Despite this, it’s still a great spot that I highly recommend.

The food was excessively greasy, likely from margarine rather than butter. I had to send back the mushroom soup, and I could barely manage to eat more than one slice of pizza. Even the chicken wings were soaked in grease. I inquired if the cook was new and was told that he is. I hope he improves, but for now, I would recommend giving this place a pass. If you're looking for good pizza, there's a Pizza Hut in Pacific Mall that consistently delivers quality. I’ve already shared a positive review for that location during my visit there.
