Bubble Town Tea House is a very affordable tea place. Among the tea houses in Naga City, for me bubble town is the 2nd best milk tea place.
A small milk tea house with various flavors of milk teas. Must try is the Milky Malt Tea
I often visit this place. They have a great option for bubble teas. They're also are owned by local Nagueños.
