From start to finish we were enchanted by a symphonic combination of flavors and textures. The roasted pheasant, a true culinary masterpiece, literally melted in your mouth and left an unforgettable impression. Accompanied by perfectly cooked lobster topped with delicate caviar, every forkful was a heavenly experience. A true gem of Moroccan cuisine, the truffle spaghetti was flavored with a rich yet balanced sauce that delighted even the most discerning palate. The '29 vintage wine, recommended by our attentive waiter, was a true revelation. Fruity and sweet at the same time, it perfectly underlined the complexity of the dishes and made the entire taste experience appear even more intense. It was no wonder that we were assured that this wine came from the best vines in Morocco. As for service, despite our small group of just two people, we were looked after by a team of 13 waiters.
