Seriously rude manager. Had his back turned to counter on laptop.Walked away mid order, out to floor, then returned with no comment. Literally had a conversation with someone at head of my table pointing out window, arm over our table. Not one excuse me.They didn't have napkins or paper towels needs to be mentioned. You can not manage with wet wipe. You know it's bad when employees take break with long lines. Walked thru customers talking about displeasure at job and unwillingness to assist. I will not be returning. I'd suggest if you go maybe takeout is better but bring a roll of paper towels.

Absolute worse customer service experience from anywhere EVER. At least they are consistently terrible. I give them a “shot” once a month or so, and every time it’s something(too busy, cc machine down, order mistakes….just to name a few past experiences). The last 3 trips over the last few months I haven’t even ordered anything since the drive thru attendant asks me to “come in side we are too busy”. How are you too busy with exactly 5 cars in the parking lot, with no one in drive through, at 1pm in the afternoon.Do you pay the employees? They act like the truly HATE their job and have zero customer service skills.It’s a shame really….I enjoy the food but simply can’t bear the service downside.

They keep drive thru closed permanently…if you won’t come inside they tell you have a nice

Food is alright.Business hours are inconsistent, they close the store whenever they want without logging out their online order system.There have been more than 3 times I placed an order online hours before their closing time but only found closed store with no light.Never shop here again!

They always out of chicken. Close early, rude, and always with some excuse in why they understaff.
