Insomnia Cookies - Nacogdoches

Normally it’s hard for me to say bad things. But as someone that works in customer service, I left really disappointed at how rude the employee was. I thought I was in a movie but as the conversation carried on it just confirmed for me I won’t be back. Hopefully, you have a better time if you choose to come.

The cookies are great, but they cant seem to ever order enough milk (regular, white milk, not strawberry or chocolate). I come here 1-2 times per week and they will only have regular milk 50% of the time. Im not a terrorist, so I want milk with my cookies, and so they will be losing my business unless they have milk, because 'MERICA!

Holy moly these were good. I ruined everyone in the houses diet! Ha.

I Placed an order to be delivered for today @5:15 PM. I look at the tracking number only to find that it had been changed to almost a week later @4:30 PM. Not sure if this was a glitch or one of the employees changed it. I decided to call the store to double check the delivery time/date only for them to not answer the phone and an automated message to tell me to send an email to their HQ Customer Service department.

First time to have these cookies. It was interesting. Warm cookies were f various flavors. We sampled the oatmeal chocolate walnut- very good sugar/ can't go wrong pina colada -very goodThey have ice cream but none dairy free and other treats. Worth a stop for a sweet tooth. Easy to find and parking. Cookies range to just under 5.00- 2.25
