Macagang And Resort - Nabua

They had a problem with our online booking, both Family Suite and Triple Suite were booked but the place is occupied. They want to cancel our 4 nights to their 1 day event that day (we are currently checked in here for 3 nights just extending our stay for another 4 nights). We settled with a cheaper 1 room for the night, no refund was made for the other room but wanted us to consume it by food at their restaurant. We wanted to extend for another 7 nights but refuses to open their online booking because they will be having an event (again) for a single day. The staff are friendly. The parking is spacious. The pools were okay, just needed a little improvement and maintenance. Mismanagement on online transactions. Rooms: Rooms are clean, stains on the bed. They moved me to a different room because the AC is not functioning after i informed them. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly

Peaceful place far from pollution and all amenities was maintained properly. The price was very affordable and reasonable.
