The River Room - Naas

We just had soup before we played golf, as my late dad used to say, there was eating and drinking in that soup Staff were very attentive and friendly, a great setting looking over the garden and river Liffey.

The room is charming and perfect for enjoying a coffee and sandwich. The bar is also fantastic with a wide variety of drinks, and the staff is always friendly.

The food was fantastic, the drinks were top-notch, and the cocktails were excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting us with our drink selections. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the dining experience is fine. I had heard about this restaurant for a while and finally got the chance to dine there. While it is quite pricey, the steak was of very high quality and the service was also very good.

We recently had a family lunch in the Legends restaurant. Everything was okay. However that is the disappointing experience: everything was just okay, nothing was 5 star. The food was nice but slightly overpriced for what we received. The service was okay, the individual staff members were friendly and there was plenty of them however the service was inattentive: food took a long time to arrive, there was a long wait between courses, water glasses were not re-filled etc. This was on a quiet day with only a few other tables dining. Another customer approached the bar to book a table for a group, the staff member 's first comment was we don 't have a table for XXnr ..as opposed to no problem we can arrange some tables to suit which was the secondary comment offered. It just struck me that the K Club has some nice capable staff but perhaps it needs to invest in its people to ensure they can deliver a 5-star service. Unfortunately, for now, our group is thoroughly underwhelmed. PS. I say this on the back of a visit for Afternoon Tea in February which was equally average. They had lost our booking on that occassion! Lisa
