Some of the recommended dishes by the manager may be hard to imagine based on the name, but the manager will show you photos on a tablet device if you ask. I ordered the "countryside soba," which had a flavor that I enjoyed. The noodles had a good chewy texture. There is also a parking lot across the street from the restaurant on the west side.
I enjoyed comparing the differences between the large serving of cold noodles and the Hell Ramen. The Hell Ramen is not too spicy, but it is full of ingredients and highly recommended. The friendly and approachable owner who loves alcohol is also great.
I tried the "Michinoku" with three toppings and then enjoyed the "Inaka" with plenty of ground yam on top for a repeat order. The not-too-sweet tsuyu sauce enhances the simple taste of the soba, and the noodles have a good texture. I always look forward to chatting with the owner.
