Messed up both pizzas, supposed be the same, wow, how ya screw that up, attempted 1 replacement, they had it marked as a pick up when original was delivery, was not told pick up, took days, a few calls for refund, found out training store, lost my pizza businessPs door dash delivery also,
Ordered delivery, messed up my order twice and the drive got lost. Good dude, he called and still got to me quick. Pizza was hot and perfect. Papa then emailed me a coupon. Papa made it right.
Never had a problem when my deliveries were from Maryland Heights. At this location my order was not correct when delivered, and the delivery driver just sat the order on the ground outside my door without knocking after receiving more than a $6 tip. .When I called the person told me they have no control over Doordash drivers and they only deliver online orders as they receive them. Bet this location won't be in business long.
I came in today...first time eating at this location. The service was good...no complaints there that's why I gave them 2 stars.my.concern is regarding people who work in restaurants or the food industry period need to be more cautious of how they prepare the food especially the manner in which they come in contact with food being prepared and served...meaning talking over folks food, traveling with food throughout the location regardless if its behind the counter, and touching surfaces that come in contact with the food. One guy walked from the back digging in his eyes and without washing his hands went directly to prepping and making food. Another guys nails were not as clean as they should be. Another guy was walking from the food prep area with pepperoni in his hands to the register then touched the register counter and register. Cross contamination is a thing, a real thing and without making sure to follow food safety regs you are putting people at risk of food poisoning or worse. This is not the first food establishment I have been in that doesn't seem to appreciate the importance of food safety...as a matter of fact it just seems that a lot of the local restaurants are not trained/educated about it and its sad and nasty. ? St. Louis restaurants need to do better.
