The Harp and Hound - MYSTIC

I visited Mystic for the weekend with some friends and stumbled upon this restaurant. It's an amazing spot with a great atmosphere and so much fun! The owner, Leo, was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Possibly the best burger I have ever had in my life. I ordered the Cajun black and blue burger and enjoyed a lovely glass of wine on a warm summer day outside on the sidewalk. The people-watching was great and the setting felt private, despite being outdoors on a side street. The service was also nice with good attention to detail. The burger itself was truly outstanding and is definitely a must-try. I will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu. It was a delightful surprise.

Having a local pub is always a great thing, and the Harp and Hound is definitely a good one to have. It has a cozy atmosphere and probably serves the best Guinness in Mystic. They also have a good variety of other beers on tap and a full bar. The kitchen is a hidden gem, offering delicious traditional pub food - their fish and chips might just be the best in town. Due to COVID, they have added outside tables which makes it a great spot to enjoy a pint in the warm afternoon sun.

It is good to have a local pub, and the harp and hound is a good one to have. Intimate atmosphere, and probably the best guinness in mystic. good choice of other taps, also, full bar. Moreover, the kitchen is a hidden gem when in the mood for traditional pub foods are the best fish’n’chips in the city. with the addition of outdoors due to covid it is a great place to catch a little warm for a afternoon pint.

Great place to get a drink. perfect for the opposite reasonable prices.
