Loco Gecko - Myrtle Beach

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I stood at the bar for 10 minutes trying to place a food order. The bartender said she would take my order after making one drink, but then she ended up stocking ice, making more drinks, and serving everyone else instead. I had plenty of time to look over the menu and realized I didn’t want to wait any longer for overpriced, generic food. I politely walked away, but the bartender finally noticed me just as I was leaving. I thanked her and decided to go. There are many other places to eat and explore in Myrtle Beach, and while I might check out the arcade later, I won’t be dining here again.

The food was outstanding, especially the Macho Nachos and the burger. Our waitress was wonderfully attentive and friendly. The restaurant offers a stunning view of the beach and has a great atmosphere. We absolutely loved Loco Gecko!
