La Casona Mexican - Myrtle Beach

The food was excellent, and our waitress was wonderful. The chips are homemade. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, and I was a bit apprehensive about it, but I was pleasantly surprised by how appealing it looked, and it tasted just as good as it looked.

Everything we ordered was fantastic! The food is exceptional, and I found myself wanting to try everything again. La Casona is definitely a place I’ll be returning to frequently!

Everything is done here by hand, the chips were made freshly thick and crispy and you could say that it wasn't from a pocket and heated quickly. I got the house Steak Burrito med-rare and my mother got the chicken enchiladas, my mother's mouth fell when she tasted it and she had for once a lack of words trying to tell me how big they were, so she took my fork and gave me some that I enjoyed right away, the sauces flooded my tongue giving the bite a great taste. My Burrito was perfectly cooked and the taste was from the world! I would highly recommend this place for a great food, I know I will come back for more when I come back to visit.

The food was surprisingly good here and nice Southern Mexican style. I was a bit surprised to see plantains with my carne asada but it was delicious! Met the owner and his wife both are very nice they put a lot of soul into this place with a few tweaks I think the restaurant could be fantastic!
