GREAT experience! We were visiting from out of town and sent a request for a mermaid/pirate cake as we were attending the pirate dinner show for the birthday “party”. The cake was literally perfect in every way and delicious! Wonderful to work with and we would absolutely call upon this great bakery again if we have the good fortune of being in the area again in the future. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this cake shop. I ordered a specialty cake last minute that no other cake shops said they could make. Coccadotts was extremely helpful and kindly accommodating! The cake I ordered looked better than I expected and tasted AMAZING!!! I was in a rush to pick up the cake and they met me with it at the door to help me save time. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this cake shop. I will be a customer for life.

I can not rave enough!!! Tasty moist cake! $55 for this amazing cake not much more than I would pay for a basic cake at Walmart. I requested a cake with a quote from SpongeBob for my boyfriends 25th birthday and added some reference cake ideas and let me just say they went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park! It was better than I could even imagine! Thank you so much! Will definitely be ordering again, I also booked a month in advance to give them ample time to come design and make the cake!

I have been a customer of Coccadotts for 4 years now, specifically for birthday cakes. Their cakes are always customized and beautiful, perfect for any occasion. However, my experience with them for my daughter's 1st birthday cake was disappointing. Despite clearly stating the correct spelling of my daughter's name when ordering the cake, her name was misspelled when I picked it up. To make matters worse, parts of the cake were burnt, leading to complaints from my family members. I reached out to the manager via email in a polite manner, but the response offering a $10 credit or 6 free cupcakes felt like a slap in the face considering the importance of my daughter's special day. The handling of the situation left much to be desired, lacking in care and understanding. As a mother who wanted everything to be perfect for my little girl, the mistake on the cake was a letdown. My name is Starla, not Mangle - an error made by my 12-year-old daughter who changed my email name. The cake was meant to say Aurelia, making the mistake even harder to swallow.
