Second time I came home, I discovered that my Supreme Seafood Platter contained only one piece of broken fish instead of two. I see that another review had a similar problem. Captain has to hire Galley staff who can count on two. Count your fish!
Mark is a manager who should be replaced, fired!!! Rude, hateful and doesn't care about everything that concerns customer care/service. Actually, I said to another employee, I'm going to hang up on this woman, so I continued to say!! Worst customer service ever!!!! So, Mark don't worry, I hope you're fired, and either will we never go to your overpriced cheap fish??
After I dived a bit, I'd say they're back on their old high standards. Great food and money.
The first time here of Ohio and I ordered 3 pcs of fish dinner (and paid for) just to go to the park to enjoy to find I only have 2 pcs! I knew I should have gone in because people couldn't even count on three.
We were very disappointed with the quality this visit. It is usually very good, but this time the cole slaw had a different taste like vinegar. The fish seemed under cooked and the french fries were cold and seemed like they were old.
