Music ruins eating. we love eating at california dreaming, but will not go back because the policy to have music so loud. the music is so loud that they can not have a conversation at the table or hear the server. as if the music could be lowered, we were told that it was the corporate policy to have it so loud.

Some friends brought us here on a Sunday afternoon. eating was very good. the crab soup is excellent. I had the grilled salmon. it was perfectly cooked (too many places tend to overcook laughs). we're coming back.

I enjoy their happy hour and sunset menu, but get a table if you want to order from the early vogel menu because they ignore it at the bar. it's like the bartenders don't want the early diners. trust me, I'm a very good tipper and even ordered bar drinks after happy hour end and the bartenders are all beautiful then but ignore during 4 to 6.

Everything was super. Our waitress Allison was excellent.
