I ordered an avocado salad with peri chicken from Nanci’s in myaree. When I got home I discovered there was no avocado in it. Not one bit. It was basically lettuce with a couple of chickpeas. On contacting customer service I was informed I was being put through to an agent, which didn’t happen. When I called customer service I was told there were no agents and to leave my number. I have yet to receive any contact. It’s quite poor customer service on the part of nandos.
We have lunch every sunday at nandos myaree, and have a repeat meal each visit. my wife ordered 2 portions of chichen strips with a bit of extra sauce and a small bowl of chips with NO SALT, the meal arrived not even a trace of sauce and the chips had salt added, then a big guy came to our table and told us we had to add our own sauce , we protested and he reluctanly took both plates away and eventually got our meal as ordered , we have been going to that outlet for many years even before the ice cream parlour was added to the current set up , and this was the worst service ever, it looks like it might under new management if so its a bad start, last week someone else was complaining, top management need to take a serious look at whats going on at the moment, its not good enough for regular customers that supported nandos during the covid pandemic. am i expecting a reply from management i wont hold my breath ! dorothy and patrick.

We ordered using their online app at 8.15pm. It said the estimated delivery time was 45min. It is now 9.22pm and the app is telling us the food isn't due until 9.56pm. When trying to call the store, there is an automated answering machine which then hangs up on you so we can't even get through to cancel the order. 1 hour and 40min is an unacceptable wait time for food. Had we known it would be this long, we never would have ordered. The food (if it ever arrives) will not be eaten but half the people who ordered as they have had to go home. Nandos needs to get its act together. Update: food arrived a bit earlier at 9.36pm. The chips are stone cold. Completely inedible
